لَا يُعفَي عَنِ الحُدُودِ التّيِ لِلّهِ دُونَ الإِمَامِ فَأَمّا مَا كَانَ مِن حَقّ النّاسِ فَلَا بَأسَ أَن يُعفَي عَنهُ دُونَ الإِمَامِ
