Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Abdullah Bin Al Mugheira, from Abdullah Bin Sinan who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullahasws saying regarding a man who married a mother of a child of a slave of his. Then the man died, so his son inherited her. So there came to be a share for him in the husband of his mother. Then the son died. Would his mother inherit him?’ Heasws said: ‘Yes’. I said, ‘So, when she inherits him, how would she deal, and he is her husband?’ Heasws said: ‘She would separate from him, and there would be no way for him over her, and he would be his slave’.
