Translation

Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, and Muhammad Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, altogether, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Saeed Bin Yasaar who said, ‘I asked Abu Al-Hassanasws about the slave girl who happened to be for the man who wandered around and she brought forth (a child), so she attached (it to him)’. Heasws said: ‘The man accused her, or his family accused her?’ I said, ‘As for apparently, so no’. Heasws said: ‘Then, the child is necessitated upon him’.
