Translation

Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Hammad Bin Usman, from Saeed Bin Yasaar who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who fell upon a slave girl of his who used to go and come, and he had isolated himself from her and there did not happen to be anything from him to her. What are youasws saying regarding the child?’ Heasws said: ‘Iasws view that he should not sell this (child), O Saeed!’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And I asked Abu Al-Hassanasws, so heasws said: ‘Is he accusing her?’ So I said, ‘As for the apparent accusation, so no’. Heasws said: ‘So, is his family accusing her?’ So I said, ‘As for something apparent, so no’. Heasws said: ‘So how can he have the leeway that the child would not be necessitated on him?’
