لَيْسَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا فِي عِتْقٍ وَ لَا صَدَقَةٍ وَ لَا تَدْبِيرٍ وَ لَا هِبَةٍ وَ لَا نَذْرٍ فِي مَالِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِلَّا فِي زَكَاةٍ أَوْ بِرِّ وَالِدَيْهَا أَوْ صِلَةِ قَرَابَتِهَا .
Translation
Ibn Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘There is no command for the woman with her husband regarding emancipation (of a slave), nor charity, nor management, nor gifting, nor a vow in her wealth, except by the permission of her husband, except regarding Zakat, or righteousness with her parents, or maintaining good relationships with her near relatives’.
