John Shaqi

فِيمَا أَخَذَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مِنَ الْبَيْعَةِ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ أَنْ لَا يَحْتَبِينَ وَ لَا يَقْعُدْنَ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ فِي الْخَلَاءِ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Muhammad Bin Al Hassan Bin Shamoun, from Abdullah Bin Abdul Rahman, from Misma’a Abu Sayyar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Regarding what Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> took from the allegiances upon the women is that they would not be sitting with their knees up, nor would be sitting with the men in private’.
