لَا يَحِلُّ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ عَبْدُهَا إِلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ جَسَدِهَا إِلَّا إِلَى شَعْرِهَا غَيْرَ مُتَعَمِّدٍ لِذَلِكَ وَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى شَعْرِهَا إِذَا كَانَ مَأْمُوناً .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Yunus Bin Ammar and Yunus Bin Yaqoub, altogether, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It is not Permissible for the woman that her slave should see anything from her body except for her hair, without deliberation to that’. And in another report, ‘(He<sup>asws</sup> said): ‘There is no problem if he looks at her hair when he was a Believer’.
