رَجُلٍ أَقَرَّ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَنَّهُ غَصَبَ جَارِيَةَ رَجُلٍ فَوَلَدَتِ الْجَارِيَةُ مِنَ الْغَاصِبِ قَالَ تُرَدُّ الْجَارِيَةُ وَ الْوَلَدُ عَلَى الْمَغْصُوبِ مِنْهُ إِذَا أَقَرَّ بِذَلِكَ الْغَاصِبُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Hadeed, from Jameel, from one of his companions, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>) regarding a man who confessed upon himself that he had raped a slave girl of a man, so the slave girl gave birth from the rapist. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The slave girl and the child would be returned to the one raped from (the master), when the rapist had confessed with that’.
