Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Haroun Bin Muslim, from Mas’ada Bin Sadaqa, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I heard himasws saying, and heasws was asked about the marriage in (the month of) Shawwal. So heasws said: ‘The Prophetasws got married with Ayesha in Shawwal’. And heasws said: ‘But rather, that was disliked in the Shawwal among the people of the former times, and that is because the plague had occurred among them regarding the virgins and the slave girls, therefore they disliked it due to that, not for something else’.
