قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) حَنِّكُوا أَوْلَادَكُمْ بِالتَّمْرِ هَكَذَا فَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) بِالْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ ( عليه السلام ) .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Qasim Bin Yahya, from his grandfather Al Hassan Bin Rashid, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Palate your children with the dates, (for) like this is what the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> did with Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup>, and Al-Husayn<sup>asws</sup>’.
