Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Raib, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’farasws about the girl captured from the land of the Polytheism, so she becomes a Muslim. So someone was sought who could cut her (genitals), but we were not able upon (finding) a woman. So heasws said: ‘As for the Sunnah regarding the circumcision, it is upon the men, and it is not upon the women’.
