بَلَغَ النَّبِيَّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) أَنَّ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) إِنَّ طَلَاقَ أُمِّ أَيُّوبَ لَحُوبٌ .

اور اس کی سند سے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے فرمایا: نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو خبر پہنچی کہ ابو ایوب اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دینا چاہتے ہیں۔ تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بے شک ام ایوب کی طلاق گناہ ہے۔
Translation
And by his chain, from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It reached the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> that Abu Ayoub intends to divorce his wife. So he<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Divorce of the mother of Ayoub is a wrongdoing’.
