مَنْ طَلَّقَ لِغَيْرِ السُّنَّةِ رُدَّ إِلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ إِنْ رَغِمَ أَنْفُهُ .

حمید بن زیاد نے حسن بن محمد سے، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن جبلہ سے، انہوں نے ابو المغراء سے، انہوں نے سماعہ سے، انہوں نے ابو بصیر سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جو شخص سنت کے خلاف طلاق دے، اسے اللہ عزوجل کی کتاب کی طرف لوٹایا جائے، خواہ اس کی ناک رگڑنی پڑے۔
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Muhammad, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Abu Al Magra, from Sama’at, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who divorces to other than the Sunnah, should be returned to the Book of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic, even if his nose it to be forced’.
