Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from Bukeyr, and someone else, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’farasws having said: ‘Every divorce without a waiting period, is not with a (valid) divorce, if he divorces her and she is menstruating, or in blood of childbirth, or after he had overwhelmed (copulated) with her before she menstruated, so his divorce is not a (valid) divorce. So if he were to divorce her to the waiting period more than once, so there is no preference (of the second one) over the one with a divorce; and if he divorces her to the waiting period without two just witnesses, so his divorce is not with a (valid) divorce, nor is there allowed with regards to it, the testimony of the women’.
