John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثاً فِي مَجْلِسٍ وَاحِدٍ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ وَ هِيَ طَاهِرٌ قَالَ هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ.


Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Jameel Bin Darraj, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5th or 6th Imam<sup>asws</sup>), said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who divorced his wife three (divorces) in one sitting, or more, and she was pure. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is one’.
