Translation
Ali, from his father, from Safwan Bin Yahya, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Al-Rezaasws, said, ‘Heasws was asked about a man whose wife was pure from her menstruation, so he said, ‘So and so woman is divorced’, and a group was listening to his speech, and he did not say to them, ‘Bear witness’. Does the divorce occur upon her?’ Heasws said: ‘Yes, this is witnessing’.
