الْغَائِبُ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا تَرَكَهَا شَهْراً .
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muhammad Bin Abu Hamza, and Husayn Bin Usman, form Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The absentee, when he intends to divorce her, should leave her for a month’.
