طَلَاقُ الْحُبْلَى وَاحِدَةٌ وَ أَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا وَ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said; ‘Divorce of the pregnant woman is once, and her term is that she places her load (gives birth), and it is the closest of the two terms (three menstruations or giving birth)’.
