John Shaqi

الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَقَالَ هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِرَجْعَتِهَا مَا لَمْ تَقَعْ فِي الدَّمِ الثَّالِثِ .


Translation

Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, from Ismail Al Ju’fy, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who divorces his wife, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He is more rightful with reverting back to her, for as long as the blood has not fallen regarding the third (menstruation)’.
