Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husay, from one of his companions, he thinks it was Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Hilal or Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’farasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who divorces his wife, when would she be irrevocably divorced from him?’ Heasws said: ‘When the blood emerges from the third menstruation, she would be in control of herself’. I said, ‘So, for her is that she can re-marry during that state?’ Heasws said: ‘Yes, but she cannot let her husband able over herself until she has purified from the blood’.
