John Shaqi

لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا حَتَّى تَنْقَضِيَ عِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ إِنْ لَمْ تَحِضْ .


Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It is not befitting for the divorced woman that she goes out except by the permission of her husband until she fulfils her waiting period of three <span class="iTxt">Quroos</span> (pure periods), or three months if she does not menstruate’.
