قُلْتُ لَهُ الْجَارِيَةُ الشَّابَّةُ الَّتِي لَا تَحِيضُ وَ مِثْلُهَا تَحْمِلُ طَلَّقَهَا زَوْجُهَا قَالَ عِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr Al Bazanty, from Abdul Kareem, from Muhammad Bin Hakeem, (It has been narrated) from Abd Salih<sup>asws</sup> (7th Imam<sup>asws</sup>), said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The young girl who does not menstruate, and the likes of her get pregnant, her husband divorced her’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Her waiting period is of three months’.
