الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ حُبْلَى قَالَ أَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا وَ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَتُهَا حَتَّى تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Abdullah Bin Al Mugheira, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who divorces his wife and she is pregnant. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Her term is that she places her burden, and upon him is her expenses until she places her load’.
