Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, fraising it from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassanasws the 1st regarding a man who marries a woman upon a slave and his wife. So he sends them to her. So the wife of the slave dies in the presence of the woman. Then he divorces her before he sleeps with her. Heasws said: ‘If she had been evaluated on the day he married her, so the remaining slave would be evaluated with his price. Then he would look at what remains from the price which he had married her upon, so the woman would return to the husband. Then the husband would give her the half from what had come to him’.
