Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who divorces the woman and he had touched everything from her except that he did not copulate with her, is there a waiting period for her?’ So heasws said: ‘When the door is locked, and the curtain is pulled, it Obligates the dower and the waiting period’.
