Translation

Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassanasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who married the woman. So he slept with her, and he locked the door, and drew the veil upon her, and he alleged that he did not touch her, and she ratified him with that. Is there a waiting period upon her?’ Heasws said: ‘No’. I said, ‘So it is something less than something’.  Heasws said: ‘If the water came out, she would have to observe the waiting period – meaning if they were both trusted, they would both be ratified’.
