فِي الْغَائِبِ إِذَا طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ إِنَّهَا تَعْتَدُّ مِنَ الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي طَلَّقَهَا .
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from Zurara and Muhammad Bin Muslim, and Bureyd Bin Muawiya, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘With regards to the absentee, when he divorces his wife, she should observe the waiting period from the day he divorces her’.
