إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هُوَ غَائِبٌ فَقَامَتِ الْبَيِّنَةُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ فَعِدَّتُهَا مِنْ يَوْمَ طَلَّقَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Musa Bin Bakr Al Wasity, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man divorces his woman, and he is absent, so the proof established for her upon that, so she observes the waiting period from that day’.
