John Shaqi

الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا أَ تَحُجُّ وَ تَشْهَدُ الْحُقُوقَ قَالَ نَعَمْ .


Translation

Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at,f rom Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Ubeyd Bin Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the woman widowed from her husband, can she perform Hajj, or testify for the rights?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
