الْمُطَلَّقَةِ الْبَائِنَةِ إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا وَ هِيَ فِي عِدَّتِهَا قَالَ تَعْتَدُّ بِأَبْعَدِ الْأَجَلَيْنِ .
Translation
From him, from one of our companions, ‘With regards to the irrevocably divorced woman, when (her husband) dies from her, and she is in her waiting period, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘She should observe the waiting period by the further of the two terms’.
