لَيْسَ لِلْمَرِيضِ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ وَ لَهُ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘It is not for the sick that he divorces but for him is that he can marry’.
