فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فِي صِحَّةٍ ثُمَّ طَلَّقَ التَّطْلِيقَةَ الثَّالِثَةَ وَ هُوَ مَرِيضٌ إِنَّهَا تَرِثُهُ مَا دَامَ فِي مَرَضِهِ وَ إِنْ كَانَ إِلَى سَنَةٍ.
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Aban Bin Usman, from a man, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said regarding a man who divorces his wife with two divorces during good health, then divorces with the third divorce while he was sick: ‘She would inherit him for as long as he is in his illness, even if it was up to a year’.
