Translation

A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, and Ali Bin Ibrahim from his father, altogether from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at who said, ‘I asked himasws about divorce of the young boy who has yet to bed-wet, and his charity. So heasws said: ‘When he divorces in accordance to the Sunnah (under guidance) and places the charity in its rightful place, so there is no problem, and it is allowed’.
