لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الصَّبِيِّ وَ لَا السَّكْرَانِ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, from Abdullah Bin Jabala, from Ali Bin Abu Hamza, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The divorce of the child is not allowed, nor of the intoxicated ones’.
