. عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ رِجَالِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ [لَا] يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الصَّبِيِّ إِذَا بَلَغَ عَشْرَ سِنِينَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Muhammad Bin Al Husayn altogether, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Bukeyr, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> – similar to it’. Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from one of his men, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A divorce of the child is (not) allowed when he is ten years old’.
