سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ طَلَاقِ السَّكْرَانِ فَقَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ وَ لَا كَرَامَةَ .
Translation
Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Ibn Muskan, from Al Halby who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a divorce by the intoxicated one, so he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Not allowed, and there is no prestige’.
