Translation

Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Hilal Al Razy who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullahasws, ‘A man appointed a man with the divorce of his wife when she menstruation and was pure, and the man went out. So he (later on) changed his mind, and kept witnesses that he has invalidated that matter, and that he had changed his mind with regards to that’. Heasws said: ‘So let him inform his wife, and let him inform the representative’.
