لَا تَجُوزُ الْوَكَالَةُ فِي الطَّلَاقِ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, and Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, from Ja’far Bin Sama’at, altogether from Hammad Bin Usman, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The representative is not allowed in the divorce’.
