الْمُؤْلِي يُوقَفُ بَعْدَ الْأَرْبَعَةِ الْأَشْهُرِ فَإِنْ شَاءَ إِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ فَإِنْ عَزَمَ الطَّلَاقَ فَهِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَ هُوَ أَمْلَكُ بِرَجْعَتِهَا .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Aban, from Abu Maryam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one with solemn oath is paused after the four months, so if he so desires to he <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h229"><a href="/books/quran:2#h229">[2:229]</a></a> then keeps in good fellowship or lets go with kindness</span>. So if the divorce is determines, so it is the one, and he is in control with reverting back to her’.
