سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) هَلْ يَكُونُ خُلْعٌ أَوْ مُبَارَاةٌ إِلَّا بِطُهْرٍ فَقَالَ لَا يَكُونُ إِلَّا بِطُهْرٍ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, and abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, altogether from Safwan, from Abdul Rahman Bin Al Hajjaj who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘Does either <span class="iTxt">Al-Khul’a</span> or <span class="iTxt">Al-Mubaraat</span> happen except by purity?’ So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It does not happen except by purity (from menstruation)’.
