سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ عِدَّةِ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ كَمْ هِيَ قَالَ عِدَّةُ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ وَ لْتَعْتَدَّ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَ الْمُبَارِئَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moala Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Al Washa, from Aban, from Zurara who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about a waiting period of the woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Khul’a</span>, how much is it?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘A waiting period of the divorced woman, and let her wait in her house; and a woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Mubaraat</span> is as the status of the woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Khul’a</span>’.
