الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ قَالَ عِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ وَ تَعْتَدُّ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُبَارِئَةِ .
Translation
Humeyd, from Al Hassan, from Ja’far Bin Sama’at, from Dawood Bin Sirham, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the woman divorced by Al-<span class="iTxt">Khul’a</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Her waiting period is a waiting period of the divorced woman, and she would wait in her house, and the woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Khul’a</span> is as the status of a woman divorced by <span class="iTxt">Al-Mubaraat</span>’.
