إِذَا وَاقَعَ الْمَرَّةَ الثَّانِيَةَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ أُخْرَى قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي هَذَا اخْتِلَافٌ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, form Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from Zurara, and someone else, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When he copulates for a second time before he has expiated, so upon him is another expiation’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no differing in this’.
