John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ مُمْلَكٍ ظَاهَرَ مِنِ امْرَأَتِهِ فَقَالَ لِي لَا يَكُونُ ظِهَارٌ وَ لَا إِيلَاءٌ حَتَّى يُدْخَلَ بِهَا .


Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, altogether from Ibn Mahboub, from Jameel Bin Salih, from Al Fuzayl Bin Yasaar who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about an owned man who did <span class="iTxt">Zahaar</span> from his wife. So he<sup>asws</sup> said to me: ‘<span class="iTxt">Zahaar</span> does not happen, nor a swearing, until he copulates with her’.
