قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) رَجُلٌ ظَاهَرَ ثُمَّ وَاقَعَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ فَقَالَ لِي أَ وَ لَيْسَ هَكَذَا يَفْعَلُ الْفَقِيهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from Zurara who said, ‘I said to Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, ‘A man did <span class="iTxt">Zahaar</span>, then copulated before he expiated. So he<sup>asws</sup> said to me: ‘Is this not how the understanding man (<span class="iTxt">Faqih</span>) acts?’
