طَلَاقُ الْمَمْلُوكِ لِلْحُرَّةِ ثَلَاثُ تَطْلِيقَاتٍ وَ طَلَاقُ الْحُرِّ لِلْأَمَةِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ .
Translation
Humeyd Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Sama’at, from Muhammad Bin Ziyad, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘A divorce of the owned slave to the free woman are three divorces, and a divorce of the free man to the slave woman are two divorces’.
