الْأَمَةِ إِذَا غَشِيَهَا سَيِّدُهَا ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا فَإِنَّ عِدَّتَهَا ثَلَاثُ حِيَضٍ فَإِنْ مَاتَ عَنْهَا فَأَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَ عَشْرٌ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding the slave girls when her master overwhelms (copulates with) her, then frees her, so her waiting period is of three menstruations. So if he were to die from her, so it would be four months and ten (days)’.
