Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I said to himasws, ‘The man happens to have a concubine under him, so he frees her’. So he said, ‘It is not correct for her that she married until she fulfills her waiting period of three months, and if her master has died from her, so her waiting period is four months and ten (days)’.
