حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْأَوَّلِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِذَا مَلَكَ الرَّجُلُ وَالِدَيْهِ أَوْ أُخْتَهُ أَوْ خَالَتَهُ أَوْ عَمَّتَهُ عَتَقُوا عَلَيْهِ وَ يَمْلِكُ ابْنَ أَخِيهِ وَ عَمَّهُ وَ يَمْلِكُ أَخَاهُ وَ عَمَّهُ وَ خَالَهُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ .
اردو
محمد بن یحییٰ نے ہمیں احمد بن محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، انہوں نے صفوان بن یحییٰ سے، انہوں نے علاء بن رزین سے، انہوں نے محمد بن مسلم سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر اول علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جب کوئی مرد اپنے والدین کا، یا بہن کا، یا خالہ کا، یا پھوپھی کا مالک بن جائے تو وہ اس پر آزاد ہو جاتے ہیں۔ البتہ وہ بھتیجے اور چچا کا مالک ہو سکتا ہے، اور وہ اپنے بھائی، چچا اور ماموں کا رضاعت کے تعلق سے مالک ہو سکتا ہے۔
Translation
Abu Ja’far Muhammad Bin Yaqoub Al Kulayni said, ‘It was narrated to us by Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Al Aa’la Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> the 1<sup>st</sup> having said: ‘When the man owns his parents, or his sister, or his maternal aunt, or his paternal aunt, they would be emancipated (liberated) upon him, and he would (be able to) own a son of his brother, and his uncle, and he would own his brother, and his paternal uncle, and his maternal uncle, from the breast-feeding (relationship)’.
