قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) فِي رَجُلٍ نَكَحَ وَلِيدَةَ رَجُلٍ أَعْتَقَ رَبُّهَا أَوَّلَ وَلَدٍ تَلِدُهُ فَوَلَدَتْ تَوْأَماً فَقَالَ أُعْتِقَ كِلَاهُمَا .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from his father, from Abdullah Bin Al Fazl Al Hashimy, from his father, raising it, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> judged regarding a man who married a child of a man whose lord had emancipated the first child she gave birth to. So she gave birth to twins. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Both of them are emancipated’.
